Baitridana Hut is the restoration of an old stone structure located at 1900m in the Orobic Alps of Valtellina, within the municipality of Albaredo per San Marco in the Sondrio Province. The Baitridana maggengo (alpine pasture) is characterized by steep terrain which forms a stunning natural backdrop for scattered ancient buildings, some in use as temporary residences and others partly abandoned.

This project is located in the Safayieh region in Yazd, which is one of those modern civil contexts in this city. Most of the constructions in this area are single materialled with the same form and without any dialogue with the city. The separator walls of these buildings in the street are all the same height and also, and they are all solid in material with no transparency, no matter the function of the building; because of that, the possibility of visual communication between passers and people with the buildings are very low and minimum.

Hangzhou Asian Games Technical Officials Village / goa

The Hangzhou Asian Games Village is constructed for the 2022 Asian Summer Olympics, which will be held in Hangzhou, China. It includes the Technical Official Village, Athlete Village, and Media Village. Eleven international teams were involved in planning and designing the Hangzhou Asian Games Village. In this project, GOA undertook the Technical Official Village. The Technical Official Village is located in the Xiaoshan District of Hangzhou, near the Olympic Sports Center and the Qianjiang Century City, with the Qiantang River to the west.

Mkombozi Primary School / Architectural Pioneering Consultants

The Sisters of the Holy Redeemer, a Tanzanian religious order, is active in the Mtwara region and in Dar es Salaam. It is their intention to expand the existing nursery school in Chamazi with a Montessori primary school and ultimately also a secondary school, together with other support facilities. The spatial requirements for the design brief have been established, as set out by the Tanzanian Ministry of Education. In favour of a gradual rollout of operations, the project allows to start the school with a „single stream“ of primary school classes, which can then be expanded at a later stage.
