Located on the dunes of Keremma in Brittany (France), in the North Finstere region, in the middle of a wooded area with tall cypress trees protecting it from the sea winds, this small wooden house on stilts seeks to blend into the surrounding landscape.
Compact and functional, the Cabana is premised on living a unique and timeless experience, making it a refuge in the midst of the chaos of modern life. It was designed so that it can fit in any space and location, always thinking about having the least possible interference with the environment, whether in the choice of materials or at the time of implementation.
The proposal highlights the topography characteristic of the place. The morphology of the Orchards responds to the erosion created by the river course of Caldes’ river. The torrent is located some twenty meters below city level resulting in a series of platforms and stripes of farming belts used as particular orchards that make the contact with the town.
Located in the small town Shahbad in the north Indian state of Haryana this modern residence on a lot measuring 25mx23m has 2 floors. On the ground floor, there is an Entrance foyer along with a Formal living room, a family lounge. One master bedroom area has a bedroom, a dress, and a bathroom. Another small guest bedroom and a kitchen with an outside sitting deck. The first floor has two bedrooms and a home theatre room with balconies for both rooms. A servant room is on the second floor which has separate access from the ground level.

MIQ, short for Miquel, is a comprehensive rehabilitation of a single-family house between party walls, owned by Mr. Miquel. The original wealth of the house is more than remarkable, the reddish, tile and green tones predominate, with hydraulic floors, brick and stone walls with Catalan volta ceilings, upon reaching the back patio, a wild nature surrounds you and reveals the small post-study.
The project is about the renovation of the Athens offices of the multinational company Orfium. Orfium is a fast-growing company dealing with the management of copyright in the field of music. Our goal was to design a space that is friendly, pleasant and functional for its employees, and its main purpose is to strengthen the relations between them and to encourage teamwork and cooperation. A great challenge was the fact that the shell and the basic elements of the building had to remain intact. Therefore, our interventions were limited to the interior layout and furnishing of the spaces, forming a floating situation within a strict contour.
Up-and-coming Los Angeles home goods brand, Goodies’, recently opened their newest store in Santa Monica. Goodies tapped architects and long-time collaborators, Sheft Farrace to bring the space to life – the relationship dates back to 2017 when they designed their first pop-up on Los Angeles’ Melrose Place. Following its success, they designed Goodies’ inaugural brick & mortar store in Atwater Village, Los Angeles in 2018 and were brought back again to design the new Santa Monica location.
The residential building from the 1960s no longer met contemporary requirements, neither visually, ecologically, nor in terms of the room layout. A conversion would not have been profitable, so we decided to demolish the house down to the basement and build a new two-storey wooden construction on top.
