The project is located in Tigre, Buenos Aires, Argentina with a Northeast orientation and direct visuals to the central lagoon of the Virazón neighborhood in Nordelta. The goal was for the house to have an impression that would generate a pure and clean geometry, enhancing the nature of the environment and respecting the privacy of the proposal.
It is easy to design an Exhibition Pavilion and for it to turn into a Shopping Center on the outskirts of a large city. In other words, a project without character and subject to the interests of pure commerce.
The first intervention of the Cerro Blanco Protected Forest master plan faces the visitors to the forest magnitude. The design promotes the collective experience of being sitting in the front row. The end of the main axis lets the guide or the teacher the best location to address the audience spread in the two lateral wings. With this action, the viewpoint works as an open classroom for the school groups that visit the forest, which represents the largest park visitors.
The proposal arises from a concept of a contemporary paradise evoked from an unusual discovery where the architecture while being peculiar, is feeding the imagination and providing a suitable space for relaxation and socialization.
This countryside house is located outside the urban area of the city of Aguascalientes, Mexico, in a non-residential area of the “El Llano” municipality. The house was built within a rural area, and it could not exceed more than 5% of the plot (1 hectare), according to the internal regulations. Being a rural area, no utilities were provided when the construction started. As a result, building the house was a challenging task.
Finding a way to expand a house and a ceramic workshop was the objective of this commission. The program was reorganized by projecting a staircase and a volume of thirty square meters on a terrace of the existing house.
Hidden from view as its roof is aligned at the height of the landscape, Hidden House offers spectacular views of the ocean and mountains that encompass the vast desert landscape of Baja California Sur.
The space designed for Roca is born from an evocative reading of the classic architectural order, with a strategic distribution of the different elements that will shroud you in the room completely. Spheres, cylinders, cones, cubes and prisms blend together in polychromatic columns around the central space.
The CDC Community Development Center is an architectural complex where a series of social assistance services are offered, which favor the welfare and social participation of the population, through programs that promote a better organization and interrelation of the community. Through the CDC it is possible to contribute to the integral development of families and communities, from a perspective of gender, through programs for indigenous peoples and vulnerable groups, contributing to the improvement of public safety and the conservation of the environment, through the education of the population.
This social project seeks to resolve the lack of a multipurpose space within a private, non-partisan, ecumenical, and non-profit NGO called “La Casa del Niño Encuentro”. This NGO not only provides school, health, and educational support in general but also breakfast, snacks, and lunch to children between 3 and 12 years old.
