Through the careful peeling back of layers of history and the sensitive restoration of the cube, Apple Fifth Avenue seeks to revive the plaza by making it more accessible from three sides, reinforcing the progressive and innovative spirit that is emblematic of Apple. The project is the result of a close collaboration between the design team at Apple led by chief design officer, Sir Jonathan Ive and the integrated design and engineering teams at Foster + Partners.

When we first came to the western-style house located in Shanghai French Concession, the proprietor described to us how an unmarried young girl rebelled, went through metamorphosis and finally found her true love.

Song Emperor Zhao Hengyun said: “Rich families do not have to buy fertile farmland, the book itself contains thousand acres of millet; no need to build house to be a home, the book itself owns gold houses.”

Located in Aranya resort in Qinhuangdao, OWSPACE is a seaside bookstore of 590m. Design contents include facade renovation, interior and landscape design.

The project is located on the second level of a shopping plaza in Providencia neighborhood, one of the busiest in the city of Guadalajara, Jalisco. The main requirement of the client was to create a unique and distinguishable visual identity for their jewelry, reflecting the sobriety, elegance and color palette of the brand through the interior of the premises.

This is the interior design for “aswell”, a select shop and cafe on the ground floor of a retro reinforced-concrete apartment block beside Lake Biwa in Kayanoura, Ōtsu-shi, Shiga.
Aswell is located in a quiet spot away from the main trunk route.

291Photograph is a select shop filled with cameras and photographs. There are various program spaces, such as photo-selling, photo-display, book-selling, community, and camera-display zone. First, we thought about the terms of photograph as “captured moment of the past by lighting”. For this reason, we consider to put various moments and stories in the space. Finally, we identify three concepts that explain the different kinds of spaces.

An exclusive fashion boutique at AZULIK Tulum, which combines fashion, design, architecture, jewelry, and art, within a space full of contrasts, textures, sensations and routes that invites you to discover the collections of the store.

Future Bookstore is located in Guli, Changshu, Jiangsu Province. Study of architecture is the key to open the conversation about future under the historical circumstances. The client, Future Bookstore had a vision that this newly built bookstore can uphold some non-traditional function within such traditional context, exhibit books at regular periods.
