Leolux Experience Center / i29 interior architects
Dutch furniture group Leolux has opened its new experience center near Amsterdam. For their new showroom studio, i29 worked on the interior design of 3500 m2 retail where everything is about the experience. To i29, the challenge was to create an optimized balance between both intimate and spacious areas, offering visitors a variety of experiences while wandering through the space.
Minjukim Anguk Flagship Store / studio fragment
MinJuKim is the fashion brand of famous Korean fashion designer Minju Kim. MinjuKim’s first showroom is located in Bukchon, an area where you can feel the oldest tradition in Seoul. Bukchon has many hanoks, and Korean traditional houses, and is an area where many tourists come from abroad. Hanok, a traditional Korean house, is generally made of wood, but the building on the site where Minju Kim’s showroom was planned was unusually a modern improved hanok with a concrete structure and a combination of hanok shapes. We were interested in the architecture of the time when structure and style were combined to create a new format, and it was not as if it were made as planned, but as an experiment of ideas and forms of architecture at the time.

Natura Bissé Factory Home / TdB Arquitectura
Natura Bissé’s new corporate headquarters is located in Parc de l’Alba, in the municipality of Cerdanyola, Barcelona. The purpose of the building is to accommodate the industrial manufacture of cosmetic products, laboratories, logistics, event areas, and offices. It will work as the reference center for all its subsidiaries and international distributors.

ark38 Renovation / Objekt Architecten + Hans Sterck
Historically, Aalst is an important industrial town on the Dender. Especially the textile industry flourished a sector of which the city became the epicenter in the 18th century. A remnant of this golden age can be found along the Pierre Corneliskaai. Once a weaving mill, later transformed into a plastic factory under the wings of Tupperware and today a new showroom for designer furniture of bathroom and kitchen specialist Sterck NV.

When it comes to transforming a space, renovation is the ideal approach to convey a new story. This transformation is apparent among a row of modern shophouses in a business sector area with a distinctive appearance. This renovation transformed an ordinary shophouse into TOTO Kitchen, an exquisite furniture showroom in Bandung.

Finnish Design Shop is the world’s largest online store of Nordic design. The company’s fast growth accelerated during the pandemic, as physical stores needed to close their doors. The new building, the headquarters of the company, comprises a logistics center delivering products to over one hundred countries, a showroom, and a restaurant.
Hikari Laboratories Showroom / Tzvia Kazayoff
The “Hikari Laboratories” project is located in a conservation building in Benei Atarot, a settlement in Israel that contains 120 years of history in a rare and mesmerizing Templar construction. Into what used to be a family barn, a concept hall was weaved with multi-use functions.
