This master plan is the result of an urbanistic and financial feasibility study that seeks to provide a sustainable and quality solution to this abandoned school site, taking into account its historic architectural value.

The project is located in Suzhou,the overall reconstruction area of the building’s facade and interior is about 2000㎡, which is a multi-functional complex.Specifically, it can be divided into product exhibition area, office area, club experience reception and negotiation area.Before the reconstruction, the storefront is an ordinary old-fashioned single functional exhibition hall,and the first task is to build a brand-new store image and build an outstanding life art gallery for this brand.

Located in the middle of the park, the project is a two-story square production workshop, which is almost surrounded by tall factories, Only the southwest corner is adjacent to the outdoor transportation pipeline corridor and connected with the external square. The newly implanted function is a new type of comprehensive club integrating office sharing, fitness, light catering, buyer’s shop, road show lecture and art exhibition. We hope to provide people with a new space for modern social activities, convey the new concept of healthy life, and reactivate this area through people’s participation.

The Docard barbershop renovation project is located in one of the floors of the Sam Center Commercial Complex, Fereshteh Street, in a unit area of approximately 165 square meters. One of the most important goals in rebuilding this unit is to meet the needs and wishes of the employer to distinguish the service spaces and functions expected by a barbershop, including waiting areas and admissions, public trimming spaces, room for special clients, space for washing, and Massage room.

The original project signed by the architects Sylvio Sawaya and Edimilson Tinoco dates back to 1972. Over the years and after successive interventions, the construction gradually became uncharacterized. In 2017 we made a remodeling proposal respecting the main elements of the original project and added a leisure annex, resulting from the dialogue and demands of the current owners. The intervention in the house had three approaches: remodeling of the leisure area and garden, recovery of original elements of the project that were degraded and occasional reforms inside and outside the house.
