Beautiful wide balcony door, is connecting the interior of the living room directly on the partially covered terrace and garden outside. The interior of the Quiet house was divided into living area and bedrooms. On the ground floor, combined living room, hall and semi-open kitchen create a living space. There is an extra room on the side that can be a bedroom or study room, a bathroom and an attic staircase. From the lobby we also enter the boiler room and the garage. Attic has designed three comfortable bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and a bathroom. Two bedrooms can be converted into closets for small wardrobes. The house has a simple construction, easy and inexpensive to build. Thanks to compactness, energy-saving solutions and small volume, it will be cheap to maintain later. The studio also has a mirror image of the Californian project.
