How to Convert 3D CAD Files to Flash Objects for Free

AutoCAD is a drafting program that can generate files in two- and three-dimensional workspaces. These files can then be saved to files with the extension .dxf, which has limited compatibility with other applications free 3d models. Therefore, it may be necessary to convert these 3D AutoCAD files to a different image format so they can be used in Adobe Flash files. Once the AutoCAD file has been converted to an image file format, it can be used as an Adobe Flash object.

Step by step.

Navigate to the Media Convert website (see Resources), click the “Browse” button at the top of the screen and select your AutoCAD .dxf file. Click the drop-down menu next to “Output Format” at the bottom of the screen and select the option that includes the “.jpg” option. Click the blue “OK” button at the bottom right side of the screen. Wait for the conversion to complete, then click the link at the bottom of the screen to download your converted file free 3d models.
Go to the Zamzar website (see Resources), click the “Browse” button located under “Step 1” and locate your AutoCAD .dxf file. Click the drop-down menu under “Step 2” and choose the “.jpg” option. Type your email address into the text box under “Step 3”, as Zamzar will email you the converted file. Click the “Convert” button under “Step 4” to convert the file. Navigate to your email inbox and find the email from Zamzar, then follow the instructions to download your converted file.
Locate the Convert Files online converter web site (see Resources). Click the “Browse” button in the center of the screen, then find your AutoCAD .dxf file. Click the drop-down menu next to “Output Format” and choose the “JPEG File (.jpg)” option. Click the “Convert” button, then wait for the file to be converted. Click the link that appears and download the converted file to your computer free 3d models.
