Mangueira Apartment is located in Brasília, at SQN 411 Bloco Q and it has 84m² area.

The project for this house was developed in two different moments: the initial project made in 2008/2009 and executed afterward (the work was completed in 2011), and the reform project and completion of the interiors carried out between 2020 and 2022. Between one stage and another, the owners moved from Brazil, the two children became grew up and the house was almost sold.

Sustainable from head to toe. The project was born from the desire to create wooden modules that were executed with local craftsmanship experience and techniques, optimizing time and cost.

The Nômade Apartment is located in Brasília, at SQN 210 Bloco F, and has 113m². Its realization was the result of an extensive and labyrinthine creative process. The project began in 2019 and, with ups and downs, was completed in 2021. Its execution took place in 2022. 

The Casa Senses is a hotel refuge proposal in the countryside built at CasaCorRio 2023 by architects Cadé Marino, Michelle Wilkinson, and Thiago Morsch, from UP3 Architecture office, at the invitation of Brentwood, which provided all the furniture for the space, including armchairs, tables, chairs, sofas, bench, bed, etc. The house was assembled from three reused containers and a metal structure that allowed expanding the built area, in a box format, up to 105m2. 

Located in a green neighborhood in the city of São Paulo, the LRM house is situated in a narrow and long site, with dense neighbours on both sides, which oriented the placing of the openings in the main areas to the front and back sides of the site.

As Casas da Ermida – the name I gave them because it is the name of the Place. They were there, and well, elevated above the River. The Douro River. With the construction of the Carrapatelo Dam, the River reached the lands and the Houses. Many remained down there, hidden in the waters. The classification of the Albufeira Reserved Zone was also defined by the line 50m from the River bank. Which rises and … falls. It depends.

I know the city of Porto well. I thought I did. I went to Fontinha, right in the center of Porto, and entered a Quintinha with a bucolic air as if it were in the middle of the countryside, but protected by high walls. There was already a house there, the parents’ house. With a tower that allowed you to leave the Quinta and see all the urbanity of Porto, even to Foz, through the Atlantic.

Located in the interior of São Paulo in the city of Sorocaba, the history of Residence ZV began with the clients’ contact with our office and the desire, from the beginning, to have a house that occupied the minimum possible of the lot, maximizing the free areas for gardens and landscaping. Furthermore, there was a desire for the house to have a 360-degree balcony from which they could walk around the perimeter of the residence to view the landscapes of the valleys surrounding the lot.
