Work starts on Schmidt Hammer Lassen-designed innovation centre adapted to Shanghai’s extreme weather

Architecture firm Schmidt Hammer Lassen has designed a business incubator for Shanghai, featuring sheltered terraces that allow for year-round outdoor use. Construction began on 18 September on the new CaoHeJing Guigu Creative Headquarters in Shanghai’s technology hub.
