The living room of our first featured home is a modestly sized open plan arrangement. Tonal layers of beige, greige, white and wood tone make a soothing colour scheme that feels welcoming and warm to come home to.
The L-shaped modern sofa is set on a round rug that instils texture into the tranquil decor scheme. Indoor plants create height in the lounge arrangement, as well as sudden bursts of fresh colour.
One high-backed lounge chair makes a proud statement at the side of the lounge area.
A small floor reading lamp and muted green round side table make the chair into a cosy spot to curl up with a good book.
A unique piece of wall art behind the small side table pulls the reading nook grouping together.
The lounge chair upholstery perfectly complements the shade of wood grain that makes up the kitchen base units and appliance housing.
A modern wood effect media cabinet smoothly underlines a wall of slatted panels, which are effectively highlighted by LED perimeter lighting. A projector screen unfurls in front of the textured wall effect and neatly disappears when not in use.
The living room and home entryway are openly connected, which creates a free-flowing pathway from the front door into the social space. Custom-made hallway storage units take care of the coat and shoe clutter, whilst a tower of bookshelves make a decorative touch beside the entryway stool.
A contemporary rectangle dining table seats six guests for dinner at the heart of the kitchen. Large windows fill the eating space with natural light.
Two large dining room pendant lights are paired up to cover the entire length of the table, making an impressive design statement.
The modern dining chairs carry a muted green painted finish that is complemented by a plethora of indoor plants.
The minimalist bedroom is kept clean and organised thanks to an array of custom-fitted storage units that are built-in along the whole length of the headboard wall behind smooth and slatted panels.
A trio of bedroom pendant lights fall in front of the textured storage units at one side of the bed, whilst a modern bedside table lamp lights the other.
A recessed shelf runs the width of the headboard wall to offer more space to stow reading books and a few small decorative items.

Our second beige and green infused home design has a much larger living space, which is boldly split by a long grey sectional sofa. An L-shaped kitchen design and dining island bring fresh white and warm wood tone finishes to the room.
Indoor planters bring a burst of greenery to the living room decor scheme.
Fluted glass doors separate the lounge and kitchen diner from a formal dining room with a minimalistic decor scheme.
The dining chairs are the Cesca Chair designed by Marcel Breuer, and named in tribute to his daughter, Cheska. This design was purchased by Knoll in 1968.

Our final home design is furnished with an irresistibly cushioned modern sofa that is softly strewn with woollen throws.
A black round coffee table darkly contrasts with the light upholstered sofa design but coordinates with a black steel-cased glass wall between the living room and the home entryway.
Heavy beige drapes hang a luxurious frame around the large living room windows. LED perimeter lights showcase their dramatically deep folds.
The beige accent encircles the dining area in the shape of chic round-backed upholstered dining chairs.
