Bamboo scaffolds can be used in different construction works. If in any special situation where the technical requirements in Section 5 of the Code of Practice need to be modified the stability and strength of the scaffolds should be justified. That can be achieved by recognized engineering principles and national / international standards. Or by provisions so that equal or even higher safety standards can be achieved.
